I renewed my subscription back in November but every since i did that my scanner is very poor on what vehicle it works with, I fill cheated as it was much better before any updates and all Autel can say is check connection and make sure your vci is updated, don`t you think i already done all of that, its not like I`m am new to it I've had my tool for 3/4 years now, I think that Autel has gone down hill and it is annoying when you grab your scanner only to find out its a load of shit, Autocom saves the day and also Artipad, if another tool can communicate then whats wrong with Autel.
